Blossom SX is a production made with Shuixian varietal, a Wuyi Yancha [rock tea] from Fujian province.
This particular production of Shuixian pushes on the boundaries of preconceptions for the varietal and for yancha in general. Sugary bready sweetness atop dried floral wreaths and autumnal spices, cloves in oranges. A strong and lingering huigan or returning sweetness in the mouth and throat.
