January 2026 tea club. This month we are focusing on some of our early small batch shou Puer teas with lighter fermentation. 2022 Fleet is a lighter ferment made with mid-level material, fermented in 2020, rested for two years, then pressed in 2022. In between aged raw and ripe in terms of character. Stone fruit and cocoa dusted berry tarts. Lingering hui gan rarely seen in shou Puer. An amazing alternative to a lot of the “aged sheng” on the market.
