Crafted through a collaboration between Osito and Sookoo Coffee, this natural-process lot from Shakiso showcases the work of female produces farming plots under three hectares. As part of the Doyenne project, it highlights both gender equity and excellence in the craft. Dried in thin layers of 15 to 20 days, the result is floral, structured, and fruit-saturated, with clarity and some of the overripe notes common to natural coffees.
