Notes

Dry aroma is very heady, with charred herbs, molasses, and saffron.

Wet is deeper and sweeter, a hint of chocolate and cinnamon, and even more floral. Maybe a touch of malt, though that could be the power of suggestion.

After breaking the crust there’s more cinnamon and fruitiness.

Plenty of acidity, not too harsh, body is kind of thin and slippery.
