I’m getting more toffee from the dry aroma, and also a distinct hop note.

Wet is sweet florals, black tea, and brown sugar, with a distinct cinnamon. Developing more chocolate and less cinnamon after breaking the crust.

Mouthfeel is somewhat viscous and coating, with just an edge of slickness. Actual change or fallibility of the evaluator?

Flavour seems pretty rounded, nice acidity and a lingering floral sweetness.
