This co-fermented lot from Jairo Arcila underwent a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation with fresh lychees, enhancing its floral aromatics and tropical clarity. Wahed and dried on raised beds below 35°C, the result is vibrant and layered, wich notes of lychee, lime, and jasmine. A third-generation producer from Quindio, Jairo’s work blends tradition and innovation, shaping some of Colombia’s most distinctive and expressive coffees.
